1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the fugi9 platform in any capacity, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions and all policies referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the platform. This acceptance is effective from the first moment you visit the fugi9 website or use any of its services.

If you are acting on behalf of a corporate entity, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to bind that entity to these terms. fugi9 may request evidence of such authority at any time and reserves the right to suspend access pending verification.

2. Eligibility

• Restrict or suspend account access pending completion of identity verification.

Each individual may hold only one registered account. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed and any balances forfeited. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity conducted through your account.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

fugi9 supports a range of payment methods suitable for players based in Bangladesh. 5. Bonuses and Promotions

fugi9 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cricket betting promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Each bonus offer will specify its own wagering requirement (rollover). Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the stated rollover conditions have been met in full.

In no event shall fugi9's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or related to these Terms & Conditions exceed the total amount deposited by you into your fugi9 account during the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
